Binaural
Beats use four main
brainwave
frequency groups to entrain the brain. These frequency groups are Beta,
Alpha, Theta, and Delta. Each group is used for different things and there
are various amounts of frequencies to choose from inside of each group that
have different effects.

Beta Binaural Beats
The Beta recordings range from 14Hz to 40Hz. This is the frequency range
of normal waking consciousness, the taking in and evaluating of data
received through the senses, and active thought process. It is mostly
associated with concentration, arousal, alertness, motivation, survival,
problem solving and cognition.
Alpha Binaural Beat
The Alpha recordings are designed to put you in a more relaxed state and
ranges from 14Hz to 7.9Hz. This is the frequency range just before you fall
asleep and what most people refer to as being, 'in the zone.' It's
associated with super-learning, memory, increasing serotonin and light
meditation.
Theta Binaural Beat
Experience deep relaxed and meditative states with Theta recordings which
range from 7.9Hz to 4Hz. The Theta frequency group is associated with
creativity, dreaming, deep trances, OBE's, and many other things.
Delta Binaural Beat
The brainwave pattern when we are in a deep sleep or extremely deep
meditative state. The Beta recordings range from 4Hz down to 1Hz. These
frequencies can be used for things like sleeping, improving health, and
tapping into the
subconscious.
Some recordings use multiple frequencies groups throughout one recording
and some even combine two frequencies at the same time. It really depends on
where you get the recordings and which effect you are trying to induce. But
regardless you will find these type of brainwave frequency groups inside
each recording.
