Probably when peoples thinks for mediation they plain to go outside
across the river/beech/sea, Jungle, hills, mountains etc place......to
get peace, silence, awareness etc............also u can Do in your room
better then other place.
according my past experience I found mid-night is the best time for
doing mediation, ritually, to boost energy, deep mediation, mind
training, trance etc
Normally
I stay with my PC working, learning, re-searching etc doing untill 1/2am
midnight after I out for bath with cold water then relaxing body &
mind[wearing light cloth] light candel [color
candel] in my dark room, then mediation for
while......................Probably I sleep lately after 3/5 am &
wake-up 9/10am morning.
some times in 48 hours i just rest/sleep 2/3 hour only........ also
enough for me I can control my brain & body easily.
If your also thinking to do mediation at midnight.
In starting period you may be feel some difficulties while doing &
after doing mediation in midnight.
e.g.
u may feel sleepy hole days
feeling not good
sickness
calculation problem
you mind may hang for while doing some activates
headache
eye problem.............etc
But don't worry continue on.........ah! if your feel something not good
cause above region your can take a bath with salty water.
1 bucket [40/50 liter] cold water+1/2 spoon white salt
there many region to bath with salty water.........u may search in
net.....Or wait for my mode to type again :) bless be!

understanding the benefits of meditation. I have here for you a simple Yoga
meditation technique that I have found to be helpful, simple, and relaxing, but
also keep in mind that this is by no means the only meditation technique, there
are many, such as standing meditation "qi-gong",
motion meditation "Tai

Meditation: 1[ How to make Concentrate ]

Make a concentrate, Keep the mind empty of thoughts N keep concentrate in 1
point, Concentrate is a path or way to make you successful in any works or
subject ok lets go on Topic You can do in any time in any where but the place
should be peace and clam should not be any noise. Sit or lay down on bed any
where as you feel easy, Keep your backbone straight but should not force your
back, keep your body relax, Close your eyes and slowly breath with nose and out
from mouth, Do it naturally, Now think and start to count a number slowly as 1 2
3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
with visualize [visualize in a middle of front head between two eyes ] do not
cheat your self
count in heart slowly one by one with visualizing
try to listen your self in heat when you counting and do not speak out
When you reached the end of count 10 then count back again up to Zero 0 same as
you do before then continue go on first day up to 30, next day 40 as you feel
easy.
If you are regular on this technique after some days you could feel some thing
effects your self
Warning Do not do more then 4 or
5 times in a day it will make a pain in the middle of front head or other
problems cause your body holding out of range.
Meditation: 2[ For Relax, to good mental N physical health ]

How does one Meditate? its really simple, take a time when you have nothing to
do, then sit down cross you're legs and keep your hands in front of you with
palms down on your legs, then relax you're body and take one deep breath and let
out the stale air. Keep your back straight but don't force your back." keep body
relaxed" Close you're eyes and slowly breath in through the nose and out through
the mouth, but don't force it, do it naturally, you want to breath like you
normally breath without thought. Then just concentrate on the breath and block
out all thoughts, whether good thoughts or bad thoughts it does not matter, just
keep the mind empty of thoughts. If you have anything to think about, then do it
when you're not Meditating or after you meditate. Now when you breath in through
the nose and out through the mouth in a slow normal peace, you should expand the
belly NOT the chest! remember you're focal point should be you're breathing. Do
this for about 5 to 20 minutes a day. This should help you clear you're mind and
its also healthy for the body. Don't have any TV or Radios on you be quite, no
sounds, try to relax and slow your heart rate down, and stop all those "random
thoughts" from entering your mind, but don't use force to stop those thoughts
from entering your mind either, let it naturally flow into you and let it flow
out the way clouds pass in the sky. Also you should not meditate with an empty
stomach or a full stomach of food. Remember that while meditating you want to
reach a state of emptiness, void ness, stillness, tranquility. Good luck and may
you through your meditation become at one with the eternal source we call the
Truth, which will lead one to good mental and physical health.
